Cross Road Medical Center needs nurses. Pray that this need will be met. The crew that is here now seems to be planning for about another year, which means we will need at least a good handful of applicants this next year. I can't remember if I have mentioned it yet previously, but there is a small chance that I might be able to go to a medical missions conference in Kentucky this November to help with recruitment. Please pray that this becomes a reality! I would love to go to help recruit potentially my future coworkers, to represent CRMC, and to make connections for potentially future ministry internationally!
There are a number of new staff members including myself, and as I mentioned a need for a few more! Need for a good janitor too! Please be praying for staff dynamics. With the high turnover rate, I seems it has been difficult to maintain unity. There are many perceptions, frustrations, visions all mingled! Pray that we might have grace for one another, that we might see the needs of one another and encourage each other onward. Pray that we wouldn't give up--on each other, on our patients...on our intent in being here.
