Decisions were made...
Tim is officially starting his eight week welding course tomorrow! Please pray for him as he spends long days in the shop honing in on welding skills, and as he strives to check off a couple certifications. And pray for lodging! He has a roof over his head this week, and maybe for the next, but lodging for the remaining six weeks is yet to be determined. Pray for his safety as he travels back and forth on many upcoming weekends.
The welding course is three hours away from Glennallen, so I'm a wife grateful for cell phone towers & satellites. Pray for our communication and strength during our weeks apart.
And I start up a six week stint of night shifts on Tuesday. Pray for me. If you've ever read any of my blogs, you know nightshift work at Cross Road is a mighty spiritual, emotional and professional challenge for me. Pray for opportunities to use nursing, newfound purpose in my position, for discipline to pray and study, that somehow I won't feel completely isolated and forgotten.
