Today also marks the death of the frozen underground. No one living in CrossRoad-urbia is without water tonight! And it has been snowing a lot. There has even been rumor of a blizzard warning...
The fresh white stuff means that Tim is still plowing at nearly 11pm, but hopefully it will help keep pipes happy and liquid-y. So for the hubby, it looks like his winter marathon is drawing to a close...and it has been an arduous race. He will likely be taking a few weeks off here soon to recuperate.
We are so thankful for these victories today.
Thank you for your prayers in the grin-and-bear-it, and in the rejoicing!

Hey Erin! I just glanced back a few posts and came across this one. Congratulations!! Belated, I know, but I am so excited for you (and more than a bit jealous) to have accomplished this. I know your nursing experience in Glen Allen has not been quite what you might like, especially on nights, but I predict you will come to the end of your commitment there and be so glad you put a big dent in your debt (or are debt free!). I'm sure this nights rotation will be harder for you than most with Tim gone, but the time will go by before you know it and he'll be home. I am starting on nights here in CA tonight, so I will be thinking of you more and praying for you whenever I think of it.
