It's spring!
So I enjoyed my second outside run of the year....GORGEOUS.
The sunshine is wonderful.
I feel like a little flower sprout that has finally pushed through the darkness of the soil and is being now warmed for the first time by the gentle rays.
Yet it is still so cold that the air seems to curdle within my lungs and I now have a joyful hacking cough as a token to remember my exercise efforts.
The world is melting, however so slowly!
And I saw an ant today. So it really must be spring.
Going ice fishing tomorrow! So even if it is still a winterized spring, I'll take it!

March continues to be breathtaking!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed a couple kamikaze sled rides today...just a few bruises...had forgotten about the bumps added at the bottom until I was flying through the air!
Had to come inside to warm myself with a hair dryer for about a half an hour to thaw out... yes, this is definitely an Alaskan spring...
